Dana 60 6 Lug Conversion 15" Wheel Disc Brake Brackets
Are you tired of breaking Toyota axles, or GM 6 lug half ton parts, and have tons invested in tires and wheels, or just plain and simply want to build a lighter Dana 60 front axle?
Our brackets convert large Dana 60 Chevy or Dodge front axles to a 6 lug and GM metric calipers using 6 lug GM IFS rotors. Significantly dropping weight and fitting 6x5.5” lug pattern 15" wheels on 1 ton axles.
You will need
- Dana 60 Chevy or dodge axle, king pin only, 76-91 era.
- Yukon 6 lug wheel hubs.
- GM IFS rotor machined for wheel the hub
- These conversion brackets.
- GM metric calipers, anything from wrecking yard to Wilwood after market will be fine. Wheel studs, included in our kit, Dorman # 610-347.
Brackets fit Dodge or Chevy Dana 60 6 spindle bolt knuckles.
Brackets are laser cut and cnc machined 3/8” P&O steel, designed for use with GM metric calipers ( common 79-85 Monte Carlo, Eldorado, etc. NOT the “big bore” aftermarket version). Brackets work with Yukon 6 lug wheel hubs and are a direct bolt on. Using this combination will allow the use of 15 inch wheels with a 3 3/4 backspace max.
Will not work with 8 lug hubs and brake rotors. See our Dana-60-15-8 brackets for this option.
