Ford Dana 60 Ball Joint Knuckle Machining

Sky's can machine your ball joint Dana 60 Ford knuckle to fit our 5 stud keyed steering arms.

This is for 92-97 Ford Ball Joint Dana 60 axles, and Super Duty 99-04 F-250 and F-350 Dana60/50.

Please Note:

  • We do not have knuckles machined and in stock to trade out we need your knuckle.
  • There are multiple brake caliper mounts and tie rod locations from 92-97.
  • Super Duty 99-04 knuckles are the same and any year will work.
  • On 99-04 knuckles the vacuum port for the IWE will be lost. The high steer arm sits right where that comes out. If you need to retain that function, you can drill and tap for a new fitting lower.
  • Knuckle machining runs in a batch process, we do not machine knuckles one at a time.  Once we receive your knuckle, we will machine it in less than 2 weeks and have your kit mailed back to you.
  • Do not send in knuckles that have already been machined or welded on.
  • If you order this machining with other parts, we will not ship the additional parts without your knuckle due to shipping cost factored as a complete order and inventory issues.
  • The high steer conversion will not fit the F-250 and 350 trucks without at least 6" lift, due to engine cradle interference. Modifying the cradle will allow use of the high steer system.
  • Crossover steering will need at least 4" to clear frame on up travel.
  • DOES NOT WORK ON DODGE KNUCKLES!!!!

Do not send in knuckles that have already been machined or welded on.
Removal of ball joints and spindle studs is so we can perform the needed machine work. Our process of removing joints and studs will destroy them, and they will be scrapped. If you wish to keep your joints, find a local auto repair facility to remove them before sending your knuckle to us.
