Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Exchanges

  • No exchanges after 30 days.
  • Parts must be in new condition.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Packaging the products correctly to avoid damage in transit is the responsibility of the customer.
  • There will be a 10% charge for the work involved to process the exchange.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to sales@skysoffroaddesign.com.
  • Cancellations must include an order number.
  • Cancellation of already processed/packaged orders will be charged a 20% fee (excluding shipping) in order to cover the immense amount of time required to pull parts, process orders, and credit card fees.
  • There will be a 10% charge on any cancelled order. It costs us to process a payment and to issue a refund and track orders and paperwork.
  • If you are wanting to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, you will incur a card processing fee.
