Exchanges or Canceled Orders
Exchanges
- No exchanges after 30 days.
- Parts must be in new condition.
- Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Packaging the products correctly to avoid damage in transit is responsibility of the customer.
- There will be a 10% assessed charge for the work involved
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be via e-mail to Orders@skysoffroaddesign.com.
- Cancellations must include an order number.
- Cancellation of already processed/packaged orders will be charged a 20% fee (excluding shipping) in order to cover the immense amount of time required to pull parts, process orders, and credit card fee's.
- There will be a 10% assessed charge on any canceled order. It costs us to process a payment and to issue a refund, along with the hassle of chasing down orders and paperwork. If you are wanting to cancel an order that has not yet shipped you will incur a card processing fee period.
- If you feel this is unfair, buy your parts elsewhere.
