These Cnc machined weld in tapered sleeves can be used to fix wallowed out tie rod end holes in Ford Steering knuckles, or to convert a knuckle, steering arm or pitman arm to fit common Ford tie rod ends. Years of 1985-97 using a factory tie rod, or moog DS1071 and ES3009r end.

Instructions:
The basics: To install drill hole out to 1" OD press in, then weld in.
Preferably you would use a mill to machine the hole to the correct size, minus a couple thousandths for a interference fit. Freeze the sleeve and heat the knuckle, drop sleeve in place, wait for science to do its thing. Next heat knuckle and tig weld sleeves in place. Let cool and your ready to go!
