Refund policy

RETURNS

  • In order to avoid transit damage, products must be packed in accordance with shipping industry standards. All powder coated items must be wrapped individually to keep them from destroying their finish and to avoid additional charges.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us at sales@skysoffroaddesign.com to obtain return authorization. No returns will be accepted without written authorization.

  • Please include the order number on the outside of the package or on a piece of paper placed inside the package.

  • Custom machined, fabricated, or special-ordered parts that are not part of our regular inventory are not eligible for return. See an example here.
  • Parts must be returned in new, unaltered and uninstalled condition.

  • Returns that have been installed or modified will be returned to the sender at their expense. 

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days past the date of purchase.

  • Items purchased from Sky's Offroad Design that are returned within 30 to 90 days of the delivery date and are received in new, unaltered condition will be eligible for website credit.

  • If the part is believed to be incorrect, items must be returned at the purchaser's expense. The correct part will be sent after a review of the returned items. If a replacement is needed before our review process is complete, the customer will need to purchase the replacement product.

    Exchanges & Order Cancellations

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges are not accepted after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
    • Parts must be returned in new, unaltered and uninstalled condition.
    • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • In order to avoid transit damage, products must be packed in accordance with shipping industry standards.
    • A 10% processing fee will be applied to all exchanges.

    Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to sales@skysoffroaddesign.com.
    • Cancellations must include the order number.
    • Cancellation of orders that have already been processed and packaged will be charged a 20% fee (excluding shipping). For cancelled, unprocessed and unpackaged orders, a 10% fee will be applied.
