Shipping policy
Canadian orders are subject to Canada's customs and brokerage fees, tariffs or other fees imposed by the destination country. These may not show up until delivery. Please check with your Canadian Customs for more information.
SHIPPING - All orders are subject to the lead times we have posted on the website header (located at the top of main page).
Some parts may be in process but are expected to be available within the lead time. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer; Shipping is calculated at checkout based on a correct 5-digit zip code.- Failure to enter your zip code correctly will stall processing your order and possibly add to shipping charges.
- All orders to Canada are shipped UPS or DHL with tracking information.
- Tracking numbers are sent when an package ships to the e-mail address the purchaser provided.
- Shipping times given by carriers such as USPS "2-day Shipping" are how long the carrier promises it will take once it leaves our warehouse.
- If the tracking hasn't been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the order was placed, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.
- If the shipping address was a temporary location, we assume no responsibility if the recipient is no longer at the address at the time of delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
- If a received package is believed to be missing parts, please notify Sky's Offroad Design within 7 days of package delivery date. Sky's Offroad Design assumes no responsibility for missing parts that are not disclosed within this time frame. If the package is received in a damaged or altered condition at time of delivery, please contact the carrier for claim initiation.
Sky's Offroad Design is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event of a lost or damaged package, it is the responsibility of the receiver to follow UPS or USPS guidelines outlined on their respective web site. This is generally filing within 7 days and pictures of any damaged packages prior to opening them. Failure to follow these guidelines and provide the needed information to file the claim will result in a no fault and no claim.
For Canadian shipments, our shipping charges DO NOT cover Canada’s customs, importation, and brokerage fees; you will be responsible for these.
