Boomerang Shackle Kit:
Back in 2004 we came out with our Toyota Hilux front wide body boomerang shackles. These are designed so that not only do you eliminate the narrow portion of the shackle hitting the frame, but now you will also cure the second problem.
The second problem we saw was that under compression, the wide body shackle now hit the body mount. Instead of cutting the body mount, we decided to build a shackle that cleared it all together. The new design fit the best of all options!
This is also a common shackle to use with Rears Up Front ( RUF conversion) as it allows the shackle to sit at the angle created by the longer springs and clear the mount.
Above is the Boomerang shackle kit. It includes all 4 shackle plates, 4 grease-able metric 18mm bolts, 4 lock nuts, and 4 UHMW spacers. They Are 2 inch's longer than stock, which nets 1 inch of lift.

Full Width Shackle Kit:
What it is:
Toyota Full Width Solid Axle Swap Conversion Shackles for full width SAS conversion on a Toyota Hilux pickup or 4 runner.
What it fits:
1979-1985 factory solid axle pickups and 4 runner. Solid axle converted 1986-1995 Hilux pickups and 4 Runners. Must use factory Toyota width and bushing size frame tube with 18mm bolt hole.
What it does:
Converts your Toyota shackle width to full width Chevy 31.5 spring center. Basically it offsets the shackle to line up with the cast in Dana 44 or Dana 60 axle pads.
Includes 4 shackles 2 strait and 2 formed, hardware 18mm upper bolt, 1/2" lower pilot bolt, and 2 1/2" 18mm UHMW spacers.
Formed shackle goes inside frame, strait on the outside, with 1/2 inch thick uhmw puck at top. Lower portion of shackle is drilled 1/2 inch, included with 1/2" bolt, drill to your spring bushing size or build sleeve as needed.
Shackles are 5.375 eye to eye, 1" over stock height lift.
