Dana 44 Front U-bolt Flip Kit

Sky's Dana 44 front U-bolt flip kit gives a smooth surface to slide over obstacles without u-bolts hanging down to snag on everything.

Fits

Chevy 73-80 Dana 44 disc brake front axle, 80-91 Corp 10 bolt front axle. This axle will have a large saddle on the diff side inner U bolt requiring a longer large U bolt. 

78-79 Ford Dana 44 F-250 front axle with 3" tube and 2.5" springs, has a u bolt that wraps through the axle housing, and is wider than the other 3 U bolts. Ford axle will require notching the lower housing webbing slightly to keep U bolt in position.

Fits 2.5" wide springs

U-bolts will fit up to a 1 5/8" thick leaf pack. If you have a thicker pack please inquire about longer U-bolts.

2 1/4" thick USA steel laser cut CNC formed spring plates

4 9/16" grade 8 u bolts with hardened high nuts and PFC 9 thick washers.
