92-97 F-250/350 Crossover Steering Conversion

NOW AVAILABLE WITH SKY'S 92-97 FORD DANA 60 KNUCKLE OPTION! THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE A 99-04 DANA 60 AS THE BEARINGS ARE DIFFERENT.

Our new knuckle will reduce down time, replace worn out knuckles and save you the hassle of removing the knuckle, stripping it and sending it in. 

If you choose this option you do not need to send your knuckle in for a core. 

IF YOU DO NOT SELECT THE NEW KNUCKLE OPTION AND STILL CHOOSE TO SEND YOUR KNUCKLE IN TO BE MACHINED, IT MAY ADD UP TO 2 WEEKS OF ADDITION TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP. (PLEASE READ KNUCKLE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW)

Please Note:.

• There are multiple brake caliper mounts over a 5 year stretch, OUR KNUCKLES ARE 1995ISH - 1997 BOLT ON STYLE CALIPERS. WE DO NOT SELL THE CALIPERS, THEY CAN BE PURCHASED AT YOUR LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE AND REQUIRE NOT FURTHER MODIFICATION TO WORK WITH OUR KNUCKLES OR YOUR TRUCK.

• Once we receive your knuckle, we will machine it in less than 2 weeks and have your kit mailed back to you.

• Minimum lift required is 4 inches unless you want to notch your frame

• 1.5" taller arms are designed for leaf packs 3.75" or thicker.

• Kit will correct for a 7 inch lift with stock pitman arm. This puts the drag link at almost parallel to the axle, within reason you can do up to a 10 inch lift with no drop pitman arm, however we recommend a 4 inch drop pitman arm over 8 inches of lift.
  
  
• Do not send in knuckles that have already been machined or welded on.
  
  
• If you order this kit with other parts, we will not ship the additional parts without your knuckle.

1. Order the this kit on our website.

2. Package up your knuckle without ball joints or spindle studs.

3. Clearly mark the box with your order number, full name and phone number.

4. Mail your knuckle to:

5. We will machine it, pack the rest of your kit, and mail it back to you! If you order this kit with other parts, we will not ship the additional parts without your knuckle.

Steering Arm Information:

• Machined out of ASTM A572 Grade 50 steel. 
• Grade 50 is a very strong low allow steel that fulfills our exceptionally high strength requirements, and is particularly strong for applications in which it is riveted or bolted.
• ASTM A572 Grade 50 is considered a "workhorse" grade and is widely used in many applications.
• Steel mills produce channel and heavy beams with Grade 50. It is commonly used in structural applications, heavy construction equipment, building structures, heavy duty anchoring systems, boom sections, structural steel shapes, and applications that require high strength per weight ratio.
