Upgrade your Dana 60 front axle with Sky’s Offroad Design Flanged Delrin Spindle Bushing. This precision-machined,
low-friction bushing replaces the factory spindle needle bearing and integrates the thrust washer and seal functions into a
single flanged component.
Factory needle bearings can be exposed to mud, sand, water and debris during demanding off-road use. When worn or
damaged, they may contribute to wear on the spindle or axle stub shaft. Sky’s solid Delrin bushing eliminates the needle
rollers and provides an alternative bearing surface for the axle stub shaft, simplifying the spindle assembly for trail rigs, rock
crawlers and off-road trucks.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Apply a light coating of grease or petroleum jelly to the appropriate contact surfaces.
• Seat the Delrin bushing correctly in the spindle, with the flange properly positioned.
• Reassemble the axle and verify correct fit, clearance and operation before use.
