Dana 60 Crossover Steering Kit. All Solid Axle king pin Dana 60 Ford, Dodge, and Chevy Trucks and Conversions.
Full High Steer includes driver side steering arm, studs, tie rod, and GM 1 ton tie rod ends.
You will also lose the ability to run the factory style sway bar, we recommend the Currie Anti Rock.
Steering Links are trimmable, we generally give at least an inch on each side extra to be safe.
On Chevy/Gmc trucks we form the drag links to clear the cross member under the engine, the formed end will be closest to the pit man arm.

Full High Steer is also offered as a separate kit. (Full High Steer includes pitman arm, Draglink AND Gm 1 Ton Tie rod with ends, passenger side AND drivers side steering arms and steering arm install kits)

Specify Chevy, Ford, or Dodge, amount of lift, and crossover or full high steer.

67-87 Chevy/GMC vehicles will need to switch steering box's to a 2wd box in order to install crossover steering. You will also loose the ability to run the factory style sway bar.Links are trim-able, we generally give at least an inch on ea side extra to be safe. Sky Manufacturing now offers a Chevy/Gmc steering box brace kit as an add on to the crossover steering kit.
88-2010 Note:GMC/Chevy steering box's use a 3 relief pit man arm, these will need to be swapped to a 4 relief sector shaft or swap the entire box.
78-79 F-250 and F-350 Ford trucks will require re indexing the pitman arm 90 degree's, from front to back stock over to side to side.

78-79 Ford F-150 simply requires installing new pitman arm in stock configuration.

Sky Manufacturing can also custom build a kit to fit almost any axle and vehicle combo, example is a Jeep YJ Wrangler with a Chevy Dana 60. By machining the Jeep pit man arm, to accept a GM tie rod end, we can make a custom drag link length, and bingo you have a Dana 60 Jeep YJ Crossover kit.

This 5 stud keyed system is the strongest bolt on system we have encountered. We use our Chrome moly 9/16ths Dana 44 studs and conical washers. Kit will correct for a 7 inch lift with stock pit man arm.

Steering Arm Info:
Our steering arms are CNC machined out of ASTM A572 Grade 50 steel. We previously have used 1018 steel, but switched to a more rigid material (A572). Grade 50 is a very strong low allow steel that fulfills our exceptionally high strength requirements, and is particularly strong for applications in which it is riveted or bolted. ASTM A572 Grade 50 is considered a "workhorse" grade and is widely used in many applications. Steel mills produce channel and heavy beams with Grade 50. It is commonly used in structural applications, heavy construction equipment, building structures, heavy duty anchoring systems, boom sections, structural steel shapes, and applications that require high strength per weight ratio.

REID Dana 60 Knuckles:
The strongest Dana 60 knuckles on the market, cast from high strength ductile iron and beefed up with extra material and ribbing. 100% interchangeable with a Ford Chevy Dodge kingpin knuckle, except uses stronger Chevy tie rod ends. 5 holes to accept 5 stud arms (4 bolt arms still fit).
Cast in steering stop eliminates bent stop bolts. Ford Knuckles accept one-ton Ford brakes with no modifications required. Tie rod holes can be drilled to accept 3/4" rod end. Powder coated bright orange for long lasting looks, fully machined and ready for installation!
