Toyota w/ Dana 60 Crossover Steering Kit

Converting a Toyota truck or 4 runner to "Tons" is made much simpler with our Dana 60 crossover steering conversion kit.

Kit includes steering arm, steering arm studs, drag link with left and right hand GM 1 Ton Tie Rod Ends, and a Toyota IFS box pit man arm, tapered for a GM tie rod end.

Kit will fit 3-6 inch lift heights with supplied drag link.

These kits are designed to retain factory Toyota IFS box or 79-85 4x4's with IFS box swap.

Some specs: The extra thickness we start with clears thick spring packs, axle relocation blocks, 0 rate add-a-leaf's much easier than flat plate style steering arms. The king pin cap is built in to the arm, not welded in, and a grease zert threaded bore is provided in the arm.

Arms are designed with Ackerman angle, for a turning radius decrease of up to 22 percent! Yes a decrease in the overall circle your vehicle will need to turn in order to clear tight obstacles!

One of the only Dana 60 arms on the market that will help you turn tighter! We have also designed the arms to fit under Toyota trucks with full turning radius, basically the tie rod and drag link dimensions match our Toyota steering arms now! What be thy dimension you ask? King pin center to tie rod eye 4.250 and 6.625 for the drag link.

These arms also work great on Chevy/Ford/Dodge crossover steering kits as our pit man arm match's the 6.625 drag link eye length.

Steering kits generally take 3-5 days to assemble due to variations.

Steering Arm Info:
Our steering arms are CNC machined out of ASTM A572 Grade 50 steel. We previously have used 1018 steel, but switched to a more rigid material (A572). Grade 50 is a very strong low allow steel that fulfills our exceptionally high strength requirements, and is particularly strong for applications in which it is riveted or bolted. ASTM A572 Grade 50 is considered a "workhorse" grade and is widely used in many applications. Steel mills produce channel and heavy beams with Grade 50. It is commonly used in structural applications, heavy construction equipment, building structures, heavy duty anchoring systems, boom sections, structural steel shapes, and applications that require high strength per weight ratio.
