Our Toyota Skid plate is the result of 20 years of four wheeling experience and expertise. This latest revision is the ultimate evolution in skid plate technology!

Suitable for 84-95 4-cylinder Hilux Mini Trucks and 4 Runners with manual transmission and dual or single transfer cases (with optional removal of the drive shaft hoop), allowing for a slightly longer overhang if desired. 

Constructed of laser cut and CNC formed .375 (3/8ths) plate steel. All mounts are .375 (3/8ths) and bolts are 1/2 inch.

Our Toyota Dual Transfer Case Skid Plate Crossmember comes with the necessary t-case mounting hardware, including eight 6 point metric bolts that are recessed into the plate. Our innovative "No Drag" system ensures that nothing hangs below the skid plate, providing maximum protection. We have also added steel welded spacers to protect the t case alignment bolt. This kit is designed to work with both factory style rubber mounts and our HD mounts.

-The Toyota Dual Transfer Case Skid Plate Crossmember allows for adjustable drive train lift at any time, thanks to its 3-piece design. The design allows removing the outer plates from the main skid plate, and adjusting with customer provided spacers. We recommend spacers made from either Delrin or DOM tube. Body block pucks with a 1/2" bore work well.

-With this skid plates 3 piece design the plate is versatile and can even be modified to fit other applications.

Outer frame mount plates attach to the skid plate body with 6 1/2 inch bolts, nylocks, and flat washers.

Transfer case skid plate will fit 79-83 First Gen Toyota trucks if side plates are welded on to frame.

Flat-Belly How To: This will require some serious trans tunnel mods!
Enhance your vehicle's frame by attaching the top portion of our three-part skid plate by welding the outer plates to the top of the frame. Next you will need to manufacture some spacers to hang the plate from, the length of these will depend on how flat you want the belly to be, how much cutting your willing to do, and ability to fabricate as needed. This can create a seamless, flat belly for substantial clearance over other skid plates.
