Give your Toyota solid front axle a proper rebuild with a complete knuckle and kingpin service kit. This kit brings together the bearings, seals, shims, and gaskets needed to service both sides of the front axle and restore the knuckle assemblies.

• Steering arm shims in various thicknesses
• Knuckle ball fiber gaskets

Quality Components

We use quality Koyo trunnion/kingpin bearings along with heavy-duty inner axle seals designed for demanding solid-axle applications. The kit provides the components needed to rebuild both steering knuckles without piecing together individual seals, bearings, and gaskets.

Wheel bearings are not included with this knuckle rebuild kit.

Wheel bearings are available separately through our Toyota Wheel Bearing Kit or as part of our Toyota Front Axle Combo Kit. Our wheel-bearing kits use quality Japanese Koyo, NSK, or Timken bearings.

Built for a Complete Front-Axle Service

A leaking or worn knuckle assembly can allow grease and gear oil to work past the seals and collect around the knuckle ball or inside of the wheel. For best results, kingpin/trunnion bearing preload should be properly checked and adjusted during installation.
